Roubaix multimedia library chooses BibLibre’s Koha support

The Roubaix multimedia library chose the Open Source Source ILS Koha and the help of BibLibre for its library. BibLibre will handle the migration, the staff training and will provide ongoing Koha support services. Two specific developments have been ordered by Roubaix, the help of input of patrons adresses and the allocation of persistent identifiers for bibliographic records. The library will also use the standard web services.

The multimedia library provide to its patrons thousands of books, but also CDs, videos, DVDs and audio books. With the exception of legacy documents, one of the library richness, most of the documents are freely accessibles online after inscription.
